Activity (10 minutes)

When producing business documents you need to remember that you are not only communicating a message to your receiver but you are also communicating the company image/brand. Commonly the most used business document is a letter, which is written using word processing software but the letterhead will be created using DTP software.

List the elements needed in a letterhead

A business will also have much of the same information on a business card. Along with the name and job title of the person whose card it is. Mindmeister.

Annotate the business documents in relation to their target audience - explain why the choices have been made.
